The Linen Closet This
program supplies towels, sheets, and blankets free of charge to
clients. A
quota system is in place to provide equitable distribution to families
in need.
Pigs In A Blanket Pigs in a Blanket was the beginning of the “Storybook” events
held by Community Clothes Closet and St. Joseph Food Program and sponsored
by J.J. Keller Foundation. St. Joe’s provided families with a
ham, pancakes, syrup and sausage links. The Community Clothes
Closet provided each child with a blanket, hat, pair of socks and
pair of mittens to keep warm during the cold winter months.
Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs
special shopping night
The Community Clothes Closet teams up with
St. Joseph Food Program for a special shopping night featuring the
book Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. St. Joseph Food Program
provided spaghetti, meatballs, and garlic bread for families. The
Community Clothes Closet will provide sleeping bags and flashlights
for the children.

Gotcha Covered!
The Community Clothes Closet joined up the Girl Scouts to keep our
clients warm during the cold winter months. The Girl Scouts will
make tied fleece blankets for the CCC clients. Monetary donations
or
donations of fleece are welcomed!
Mrs. Claus and Girl Scouts distributing the fleece blankets made
by the Neenah/Menasha Girl Scouts. This program is funded by
the Appleton Altrusa Club and Menasha Rotary Club.
