Are you already a client but your account is expired? Follow the same steps!
A referral may be submitted to us from any Wisconsin-based human services organization. These human services groups range from food pantries and financial-assistance institutions to homeless shelters, medical clinics, churches, school districts and county health departments.

Once the referral has been sent to us, you can come in for your first shopping visit! Appointments are not required.
For your first visit, we ask that you please bring a form of photo identification (driver’s license, state-issued ID card, passport or school ID). If a photo ID is not available just let us know at the time of check-in.
